Q: Do I need to pre-pay?
A: For all orders, we kindly request payment in advance.
Q: Can I order a flavor that is not available on the day of the week I will be picking up my order?
A: Unfortunately, we are only able to offer the selection of flavors available on our menu on the day of your order. However, we do make exceptions for orders of 1 dozen or more per flavor (sold only by the dozen of the same flavor). Please contact our location and a Manager would be happy to assist you with your order.
Q: Do you decorate or personalize your cakes?
A: We do not decorate or personalize our cakes, but some cakes do have nuts, cookies or candy on top and we are happy to enclose a gift card with a personalized message.
Q: How many people do your cakes feed?
A: The 9” three-layer cake feeds approximately 16-18
The 8" three-layer cake feeds approximately 12-14
The ¼ sheet cake feeds 20-25
The half sheet cake feeds 30-50
The full sheet cake feeds 80-100
The 9” round Bundt Red Velvet pound cake feeds approximately 15
Q: Can you do cupcakes or whoopies for my wedding?
A: Yes, we can! Tastings are offered by purchasing mini cupcakes or whoopies in your preferred cupcake flavor. Purchase one dozen at $15 and on final order for the wedding we will deduct $15 from order cost (no refunds if wedding order not confirmed). Please order in advance, one week notice by 1 p.m. EST.
Q: Do you sell gluten free cakes?
A: Yes, we sell gluten free cakes for special order.
Q: Do any of your cupcakes contain allergens?
A: Please note our cupcakes, whoopies, cakes or ice cream may contain: Dairy, Eggs, Sugar, Nuts, Wheat, Gluten. Red Velvet Mama cannot be held responsible for any issues resulting from food allergies.
Q: Do you ship Red Velvet Mama?
A: We can ship our Mama’s OMG cupcakes in a jar anywhere in the United States.

A: As soon as you decide you want one of our delicious treats place your order!
